Founded in 2006, PAL Cooling is one of the leading players in the UAE’s district cooling industry. Catering to landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, PAl Cooling offers reliable and quality services such as 24/7 chilled water for air conditioning from state-of-the-art central cooling plants. By providing an energy-efficient solution and working to enhance operational efficiency, PAL Cooling contributes to the UAE’s strategy to reduce carbon emissions.

Based in Abu Dhabi, PAL Cooling is backed by a strategic consortium consisting of CVC-DIF and Tabreed. With over 600 000 TR signed concessions and a healthy pipeline, PAL Cooling is one of the top players in district cooling industry in UAE.

Development of DC Facilities in these concession areas are at different stages of design, construction, and operation. PAL Cooling owns and operates various district cooling plants located across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

PCH has built several plants having a combined design capacity of 242,000 RT with a current installed capacity of 173,000 RT. In addition, 103 000 RT design capacity plant is currently under construction.
